Jonathan Legear has had his contract at Blackpool terminated by mutual consent.
Legear, a Belgian midfielder, will become a free agent with immediate effect and he is able to find a new club.
The 27-year-old was brought to Bloomfield Road for trials by former manager Jose Riga and signed for the Seasiders in October, shortly before Lee Clark took over as boss.
He departs having failed to make a single first-team appearance for the club.
