It was a dramatic final weekend in the Championship, as the title was decided and the play-off spots filled.
Bournemouth's 3-0 win at Charlton was enough to see them finish top of the pile after Watford were held 1-1 thanks to a late Sheffield Wednesday equaliser.
It was a dramatic afternoon in the top six, as Derby crashed out of the play-off places with a 3-0 defeat at home to Reading, meaning Brentford - who beat Wigan 3-0 - replaced the Rams.
Norwich signed off with a 4-2 win over Fulham, while Ipswich lost 3-2 at Blackburn, but it wasn't enough to see them drop out of the top six.
