Paris St Germain will not break the bank to bring midfielder Patrick Vieira to the Parc des Princes.

But Ligue 1 side admit to financial concerns

Paris St Germain will not break the bank to bring France international midfielder Patrick Vieira to the Parc des Princes. Former Arsenal ace Vieira could be on the move this summer as he is no longer a first-team regular under Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho. Should the Nerazzurri elect to allow him to depart, then PSG would be interested in securing his services, while Birmingham have also been mentioned as possible suitors. PSG claim to have held talks with the 33-year-old, who is keen to impress ahead of next summer's World Cup finals in South Africa, but coach Antoine Kombouare has reiterated that money could be a stumbling block. When asked by Le Parisien if he would like to sign Vieira, Kombouare replied: "Of course, but not at any price. "I have already made a heavy investment for the club with (Mevlut) Erding and (Gregory) Coupet. "The president (Sebastien Bazin) said there would be no more than the budget for recruitment. We will have to sell to finance more."
