Ravanelli eyes Celtic move
The White Feather seems certain to leave Pride Park at the end of the season as The Rams will struggle to finance his wages following their relegation from The Premiership.
Ravanelli has scored nine goals in the top flight for Derby this term, but as with his time at Middlesbrough, he appears likely to spend just one season in England.
The former Juventus marksman has revealed he has spoken to compatriot Paolo di Canio about Celtic and admits he would relish a move to Parkhead.
Whether Bhoys boss Martin O'Neill would concur with Ravanelli's wishes seems highly debateable but the Italian is hoping for a call.
"Paolo spoke highly of his time at Celtic and of their great fans and superb stadium," said Ravanelli.
"I could see they have some good players and a good manager.
"If they wanted to sign me I would be interested. Why not?
"Glasgow is a good city and the people are passionate. I like that in my football."
