Hungarian undergoing medical at Hawthorns

Skysports.com understands Zoltan Gera has agreed a deal to return to West Brom on a free transfer. Hungarian international Gera is available on a free transfer after his contract officially expired at Fulham on Friday. Gera is thought to have snubbed interest from Italy to make the return to The Hawthorns. The 32-year-old is expected to sign a two-year deal with the option of a third year upon the completion of his medical. Gera is a big fans' favourite at West Brom after spending four successful years with the club before leaving in 2008 for Fulham. If Gera makes the move to West Brom he will become the club's third free transfer signing of the summer following the arrivals of Gareth McAuley and Billy Jones.
