Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme has had his three-game ban reduced to two matches after the club appealed against his dismissal in Saturday's defeat at Norwich.
Ikeme was sent off for pushing Norwich's Wes Hoolahan after initially bringing down the Republic of Ireland international to concede a penalty.
The 30-year-old keeper felt Hoolahan had dived and pushed him in the chest before being shown a red card.
"Wolves' claim of excessive punishment was upheld, but not the claim of wrongful dismissal," the Sky Bet Championship club announced on their official Twitter site.
"Carl now misses games against Liverpool and Barnsley."
Wolves travel to Anfield for their fourth-round FA Cup tie on Saturday and then face Barnsley in a league game at Oakwell the following Tuesday.
