Wolves midfielder Dave Edwards has signed a new long-term deal at Molineux.
The Welsh international has signed a three-year deal with the option of a fourth year to keep him at Wolves until 2014.
The 24-year-old was delighted to pledge his long-term future to the club and admits it provides him with a real confidence boost.
"Wolves are a good club for keeping the squad together and offering deals to players working as hard as they can," Edwards told the club's
official website.
"We've been in talks for quite a while and it's a great confidence booster to feel wanted.
"Hopefully I can repay that."
Edwards is the latest player to commit his long-term future to Wolves recently following new deals for Matt Jarvis and George Elokobi.
