Midfielder happy with return after knee injury
Wolves midfielder Karl Henry has set his sights on making his comeback from injury against Manchester City after coming through a practice match unscathed.
Henry has been sidelined since November after suffering knee ligament damage.
However, Henry featured in Tuesday's friendly clash with Leicester, along with Jody Craddock and Sam Vokes .
Henry played for over an hour and he is hoping to be included in Mick McCarthy's squad for the trip to Eastlands.
"The knee feels fine and I just felt a bit leggy having not played for seven weeks which was always going to happen," Henry told the club's
official website.
"It does seem a long time I've been out and I'm just glad to be back in amongst things. It may have only been a reserve game at this stage but it was good to be out there.
"I trained for a couple of days last week and will be back with them tomorrow ahead of the weekend. Hopefully I'll be available for the weekend and it's up to the gaffer from there."
