Cardiff City have reportedly agreed a £250,000 fee with Dutch giants Feyenoord for defender Glenn Loovens. The 22-year-old has impressed Bluebirds boss Dave Jones during his season-long loan with the Championship club.
The former Holland Under-21 international had expressed a desire to remain with the Ninian Park outfit back in October.
However, Cardiff failed with their previous attempts to agree a permanent deal during the January transfer window.
According to reports in South Wales, both Jones and executive deputy chairman Peter Ridsdale have now concurred on a fee with the Rotterdam-based club to keep Loovens in the Welsh capital.
