Wilfried Zaha says he will not mind being booed by Manchester United supporters when Crystal Palace visit Old Trafford on Wednesday.

United signed Zaha for £15m from Palace in 2013 but the young winger failed to live up to expectations and was sold back to the Eagles just two years later.

The England international says he has continued to receive criticism from United supporters even after his departure from the club.

But he also insists he has no concerns about being jeered by fans and will treat the match against his former club like any other.

"My time at United has gone and I don't mind if I get booed," said Zaha.

"I still have Man United followers on Twitter. They might wait until I make a mistake in a game or something, and they'll come out with something like 'that's why you got sold'.

"I just think you're either following me or you don't. That stage when I was at Man United has gone now and I'm a Crystal Palace player.

Palace head to Old Trafford on the back of an impressive 1-1 draw at Arsenal - a point which effectively secured the club's Premier League status for next season.

And boss Alan Pardew will select a strong side against United, despite preparing for the club's FA Cup semi-final tie against Watford this weekend.

"It's been a long time since we have had much momentum, and I think that is more important than rest," he said.

"So I want to keep the momentum of this team, certainly until the end of the season."
