Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has been granted an extension to answer an FA charge.

The 32-year-old has until 15 February 2019 to respond to his recent charge of breaching FA Rule E3.

Hennessey was charged by the FA for allegedly making a gesture, which showed him with an arm raised and a hand over his mouth, in a group photo, which appeared on German team-mate Max Meyer's Instagram story.
