Ipswich midfielder Jonny Williams has spoken of his frustration as he prepares for another spell on the sidelines.
The 21-year-old, on loan from Crystal Palace, sustained a groin injury during Saturday's 1-0 win over Watford at Portman Road.
As a result he has had to withdraw from the Wales squad for their European Championship qualifier against Belgium.
Williams had just returned from a previous injury absence, which has restricted him to just five appearances since arriving at the end of September.
He told the club's official website: "I've had a few injuries since I've been here and it's been tough mentally and physically. It can grind you down.
"I've not really been able to have a full week of training since I've been here because I've had to manage my fitness during the week.
"It's always disappointing to miss out on games. It's exciting times for Wales. It's probably our best chance to qualify in a while.
"We've had two wins and a draw against a good Bosnia side. All the home nations have started well and we will be looking to qualify."
