Martin has recaptured his best form this season after spending last term on loan at Luton.
The 21-year-old has established himself as a key member of Paul Lambert's side and he has scored 13 goals so far this season.
His form has not gone unnoticed higher up the football pyramid with a number of sides keeping tabs on his progress.
Martin's current contract expires in the summer and Norwich are believed to be keen to sit down and discuss a new deal.
