Sky Sports understands Leeds United winger Robert Snodgrass is on his way to Carrow Road to hold talks regarding a move to Norwich City.
Snodgrass has been a long-term target for the Canaries and he has already been the subject of two failed bids from the Premier League club this summer.
The second of those was rejected by Leeds last week, but it is understood that the two clubs have now agreed a fee for the Scotland international.
The 24-year-old only has 12 months remaining on his present deal at Elland Road and has been offered a new contract which would make him Leeds' highest-paid player.
Neil Warnock outlined his determination to keep Snodgrass last week, but the player is now closing in on a move to the Premier League.
Snodgrass joined Leeds from Livingston in 2008 and he has made over 190 appearances during his time with the Championship club.
