West Brom have made an 11th hour bid for Wes Hoolahan after Aston Villa pulled out of their chase for the Irishman, Sky Sports sources understand.
Hoolahan is not expected to play any part when Norwich face potential relegation rivals Cardiff at Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday.
