Coventry have appointed Lee Glover as the club's new senior professional development coach.
Glover, 45, who will oversee Coventry's under-21s players, has left his role as head of academy at Burton after taking on the job in September.
He has previously worked as senior professional development coach at Derby.
Coventry manager Tony Mowbray told the club's official website: "I'm delighted to welcome Lee to the club after a lengthy recruitment process which attracted a high calibre of applicants.
"Lee is vastly experienced in the game and I'm sure the group will benefit from the coaching experience he has obtained working under Nigel Clough and Steve McClaren at Derby County."
