Harry Redknapp has challenged his QPR team to continue climbing away from relegation by winning their first away points of the season.

Rangers moved out of the bottom three last weekend with a 2-0 victory over Burnley, their third win in four matches at Loftus Road.

But their away record - seven losses in seven games - is the worst in the Premier League and Redknapp is demanding improvement ahead of the Monday Night Football clash at Everton.

"Our home form has been excellent and that's the key. We've had some real crunch games, real six pointers, beating Aston Villa, Leicester and Burnley at home," Redknapp said.

"We're in good form at home and I couldn't be more pleased with how we're playing. The key now is improving our away form, although there has been a big improvement in performances. Now we need to turn that improvement into points.

"We've got a difficult game against one of the best teams in the Premier League in Everton. It will be tough, but we have to try and find a way to get some points.

"It's going to be tight at the bottom and we'll all be looking to improve our squads if we can. If we can find a couple of players who can make bit of a difference, we'll do that. But they have to be the right players. If we get them in, then great."

Everton are in 12th place, only four points ahead of QPR, but Redknapp refuses to read too much into their position.

"It's been one of those seasons because normally you can pick the teams who would be in the top seven at this stage," he said.

"But West Ham and Southampton have been fantastic, while Everton, Liverpool and Tottenham haven't found the form we all thought they would. But there's a long way to go yet."
