West Brom defender Jonny Evans has completed a medical with Leicester and is expected to sign a three-year contract, Sky Sports News understands.

The 30-year-old Northern Ireland international was part of the West Brom side that was relegated from Premier League last season after finishing two points adrift at the foot of the table.

Evans has agreed to join Leicester after they met his relegation release clause, according to Sky Sources.

It is understood the Foxes will pay West Brom £3.5m in two instalments.
