Leicester defender Liam Moore insists morale is high and the club can stay in the Premier League

Leicester defender Liam Moore, currently on loan at Brentford, insists morale is high at his parent club despite their perilous league position .
The Foxes are bottom of the Premier League and seven points adrift of safety after Wednesday’s defeat at Manchester City, having won just two of their last 23 league games.
Moore has joined Brentford until the end of the season but backed Leicester - his boyhood club - to avoid relegation.
“It’s been a disappointing time because we’ve worked really hard. In football terms Leicester don’t deserve to be where they are but it’s a results business,” Moore told Sky Sports.
“We’ve been in all the games and been unlucky, and that takes its toll in terms of disappointment, knowing you’re playing well again but not picking up points.
“I left only five or six days ago but the morale was very high. Some people on the outside might not think that but it’s a tight group there and they believe they’re doing things in the right way.
“They’ll keep chipping away. They’re running out of time but I believe they can get out of that mess. Come the end of the season they can still be a Premier League club.
"Leicester will always have a place with me. I've been there since I was seven years old and I'll be keeping an eye on them."
