Hull begin life back in the Championship with a trip to Aston Villa in the opening round of 2017/18 fixtures, live on Sky Sports.

Steve Bruce will be reunited with his former club in the opening day's late kick-off, with new Hull boss Leonid Slutsky keen to lay down a marker in the first week of the season.

North-east rivals Sunderland visit the KCOM Stadium in September, with Middlesbrough also making the short journey to East Yorkshire in late October.

A busy festive period sees the Tigers host Derby on Boxing Day as well as taking in tough trips to Cardiff, Leeds and Bolton, while a trip to Brentford sees the season out.
