Leeds midfielder Alex Mowatt answers 10 questions in this week's FL72 Podcast and reveals all on his team-mates at Elland Road.
What do your team-mates call you?
Mow, Mowatt! One of those two.
The best thing about playing for Leeds?
Definitely the fans and the support.
Cleverest team-mate?
I don't think there are many to be honest! I'll say Woodsy [Chris Wood] just because he sounds quite posh.
Who is not the brightest?
Charlie Taylor and Sam Byram. Charlie is just something else on the dopiness level and then Sam is just a bit slow!
Best player you've played with?
I would say Ross McCormack. Ross was quality in my first season at Leeds. I thought he was unbelievable. He scored 30-odd goals as well. I think there were a few Premier League clubs after him but I don't think they wanted to pay the price Leeds wanted for him.
Player, past or present, you wish you could've played with?
I'd say Alan Smith. I thought he was class. I loved him!
Best moment in football?
Winning player of the year last season. The goals this season are up there but I scored nine last season and the award was like a reward for scoring all those goals. Obviously, the individual goals are up there. There's no feeling like it when you score goals like them and get the win.
Worst moment?
I'd say when I got left out at the start of last season under Dave Hockaday. That was the worst feeling but it helped me as well because it was character building.
What's your squad number and is there any significance to it?
I got number 10 at the start of the season. I was very happy to get number 10. To be number 10 for Leeds is an unbelievable feeling. I had 36 and 27 before but when I got 10 I certainly wasn't complaining.
Where will Leeds finish in the league this season?
Hopefully in the top six. We've won the last two and if we can get a run going then we can get up there.
