PSG linked with Viduka talks

Paris Saint Germain are reported to be weighing up a move for Leeds United striker Mark Viduka.

The Parisian outfit are believed to have held talks with Viduka's representatives last week to discuss the Australian's availability.

PSG are looking to bolster their striking options and Viduka now appears high on the list of possible targets.

A loan deal has been mooted, although it remains to be seen how keen Leeds would be on such a proposal.

The 28-year-old saw a pre-deadline loan switch to Internazionale fall through, when Leeds rejected the offer from the Italian giants.

However, the Aussie is thought to have become unsettled by Leeds' recent decline and would welcome a move to one of Europe's bigger clubs.

PSG president Francis Graille, coach Vahid Halilhodzic, and their transfer expert Alain Roche are all believed to have attended a meeting with Viduka's people.

Neither club have commented on the issue, but nothing could be sealed until January when the transfer window opens again.
