Jamar Loza joins Southend on loan from Norwich

Southend have signed striker Jamar Loza on loan from Norwich until the end of the season.
The Shrimpers also have the option to sign the 21-year-old permanently in the summer.
Loza made seven appearances for Southend in a previous loan spell in 2014 and has been on trial at the club this month.
Boss Phil Brown told Southend's official website of the Jamaica international: "I've worked with Jamar before - he's a likeable guy. He comes in with a smile on his face, trains with a smile on his face and plays with a smile on his face.
"He knows us well, we know him well, we know he's got pace and an eye for goal. He leads the line, he gets in behind and he's a threat with his goal prowess."
