Midfielder Stuart O'Keefe has signed with Crystal Palace from Southend on a free transfer.
The 19-year-old, a Shrimpers academy product who notched up 10 first-team appearances at Roots Hall, has penned a one-year deal with Palace following a recent trial stint.
Manager George Burley is delighted with his latest capture, and expects youngster O'Keefe to bring great potential to Selhurst Park.
"Stuart is a young player with big potential and I am very pleased to have brought him to the club," Burley told Palace's
official website.
"He has worked with (assistant manager) Dougie Freedman before, when he was at Southend, and he looks to be another bright prospect for the future."
