Former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will officially open Sky Bet League 1 club Fleetwood's new training facility next week.
The Cod Army have confirmed on Twitter that the Scot will be at their £8m site at Poolfoot Farm on Wednesday.
Fleetwood were only reformed in their current guise in 1997, the year that Ferguson won the fourth of his 13 league titles at Old Trafford.
"We are delighted Sir Alex will officially open Poolfoot Farm on April 20," chairman Andy Pilley said on Fleetwood's official website.
"Not only is Sir Alex a legendary manager but someone whose track record in discovering, honing and developing young home-grown talent is second to none.
"That makes him the perfect choice to open our stunning new training complex where we hope over the next few years we can discover, nurture and develop the next generation of talented young footballers."
Fleetwood's new training complex features 12 grass pitches, a gym, fitness studio, meeting rooms and a restaurant.
