Thomas-Moore and Taylor strike in 2-0 win

Two second-half goals in five minutes gave Tranmere a 2-1 win over Yeovil at Prenton Park. They broke the deadlock in the 48th minute with Ian Thomas-Moore finding the corner from 16 yards as the ball bounced about in a crowded penalty area. They doubled the margin after 52 minutes with Ash Taylor flicking home from a Craig Curran cross from a rehearsed free-kick move. Dean Bowditch wasted a good opportunity when high and wide after 55 minutes for Yeovil. But they pulled a goal back in added time when Ryan Mason netted from the spot after Shaleum Logan brought down John Obika.
