Midfielder departs Terriers for Glanford Park
Midfielder Michael Collins has joined Scunthorpe from Huddersfield for an undisclosed fee.
Halifax-born Collins, the Glanford Park outfit's third summer signing, has penned a three-year contract with the option of an extra year in the club's favour.
Iron boss Nigel Adkins is delighted to have secured the signature of the 24-year-old, who joined the Terriers in 2004 and spent six seasons with the West Yorkshire club.
"He's a player I really like," Adkins told the club's
official website.
"I feel he will fit perfectly into the culture we have here at Glanford Park.
"He's an attacking midfielder who can play just behind the frontman and knows how to score goals."
