Tammy Abraham 'crashed car while driving without licence or insurance'

Bristol City striker Tammy Abraham, who is on loan from Chelsea, has been involved in a car crash while driving without either a licence or insurance.

Abraham is on a season-long loan at Ashton Gate and has scored 16 goals this season. It's alleged the incident occurred close to Bristol City's training ground.

Avon and Somerset Police said a 19-year-old had been reported for summons for "careless driving and driving without a licence and insurance".

A club spokesman confirmed the incident to Sky Sports News HQ and said: "The club is aware of the situation and is discussing it with Chelsea and the player privately."
