Yeovil goalkeeper Chris Weale, striker Leroy Lita and midfield pair Marc Laird and Wes Fogden are among 10 players released by the club.
Weale, 34, has made over 200 appearances in three different spells with the Glovers after progressing through the club's youth ranks in 1999.
Midfielders Jack Compton, Simon Gillet and Jordan Gibbons, defender Jakub Sokolik and forward Mark Beck are the other players who will not be offered new deals.
"Every player has been a pleasure to manage and I wish them well for the future," boss Darren Way told the club's official website.
"Special mention must go to Chris Weale, who has been a superb servant to this fantastic football club over the years."
Omar Sowunmi, Ryan Dickson, Nathan Smith, Artur Krysiak, Ben Tozer and Francois Zoko have all been offered new contracts to stay at Huish Park.
Loan players Harry Cornick, Connor Roberts, Tahvon Campbell, Liam Shephard, Liam Walsh and Brandon Goodship have all returned to their parent clubs.
