Goalkeeper eyes UK switch
Skysports.com understands Yeovil have taken French goalkeeper Christophe Ott on trial.
Ott is available on a free transfer and he will spend a week training with the Yeovil squad as he looks to try and win a move to Huish Park.
The 27-year-old has plied his trade in France with Ligue 2 outfit Niort and in Greece with FC Ionikos.
Glovers boss Terry Skiverton will check Ott in training before deciding whether or not to pursue his interest in the Frenchman.
Ott's agent, Menzo Messaoudi, director of Premier Pro, admits the player is keen to try his luck in England
"Christophe is an athletic goalkeeper with brilliant reflexes and great agility," Messaoudi told
skysports.com. "His shot-stopping qualities are evident, and his command of the area is imposing.
"I would like to thank Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton for taking a look at him, and I hope that Ott does enough to earn himself a contract, as I know just how much he fancies the challenge of the English game."
