Oldham Athletic's transfer embargo lifted

Oldham Athletic have confirmed they have had their transfer embargo lifted.

The League One club have been under embargo since November over a £300,000 bill with HM Revenue & Customs and money owed to other football clubs.

The club are second bottom of the table having scored just 13 goals this season in 25 games. They ended a winless run stretching back to October 18 when they beat Gillingham 1-0 on Saturday.
