Dan Gardner signs for Oldham Athletic

Oldham have made Dan Gardner their first summer signing.

The 27-year-old midfielder has agreed a two-year contract with the Latics following his release from Chesterfield at the end of last season.

Gardner spent two and a half seasons with the Spireites, making 38 appearances as they were relegated from Sky Bet League One last term.
