Doncaster have signed former England Under-19 forward Alex Kiwomya from Chelsea.
Kiwomya, 21, who spent last season on loan at Crewe, has put pen to paper on a three-year contract.
"It was a hard decision to leave Chelsea as I've been there from the age of 14, but I think it was the right time to make a permanent move and show people what I can do," Kiwomya told Doncaster's official website.
"I know the club came in for me a couple of times last season but we couldn't get the deal done. It's nice to know they've had their eye on me for a while."
Kiwomya hails from a footballing family as his father Andy played for Barnsley and Bradford, while former Ipswich striker Chris is his uncle.
Kiwomya junior, who has also had loans spells at Barnsley and Fleetwood, scored seven goals in a total of 39 appearances last season for Crewe.
