Crewe vs Grimsby preview
Friday 26 October 2018 12:53, UK
Crewe will be without Perry Ng for Saturday's Sky Bet League Two home clash with Grimsby.
The defender is suspended for one match having been booked for the fifth time this season in the 1-1 draw at Yeovil on Tuesday.
Eddie Nolan, who has missed eight league games due to a calf injury, could make his return to first-team action after playing for the under-23s on Wednesday. Paul Green (knee), having been absent for the last nine, remains sidelined.
With no fresh injury concerns, Grimsby boss Michael Jolley may again keep the same starting line-up that he has named for the previous four league matches. Those games have ended in three wins for the 19th-placed Mariners and a draw.
Harry Davis (knee), Harry Cardwell (ankle) and Elliot Whitehouse (knee) are still unavailable. Defender Davis and forward Cardwell could return to training next week.
