Michelle Walder joins Brighton board

Brighton have appointed Michelle Walder to the club's board of directors.
Walder, co-founder and chief executive of global leadership and business consultancy experts TXG, joins the Sky Bet Championship club as a non-executive director.
"We are absolutely delighted to welcome Michelle to our board," Albion chairman Tony Bloom told the club's official website.
"We are all looking forward to working with her as we further develop our club.
"Michelle has a terrific pedigree in her specific field, and someone of her calibre will offer a brand new and invaluable set of skills to complement the existing members of the board."
Walder will also become chair of the club's new women's football subsidiary and the club's human resources committee.
