Leyton Orient have appointed 60-year-old Italian coach Alberto Cavasin as their new manager.
The Os sacked Andy Hessenthaler last week and have recruited from abroad for his replacement.
Cavasin has managed 15 clubs in Italian football during a management career spanning over 21 years, and while with Leece in 2000 picked up the Panchina D'Oro award for the Italian Coach of the Year in Serie A.
Alongside Cavasin, the club have also added Alfredo Vergori as head of fitness, who will work alongside fitness coach Simone Lucchesi.
Interim manager Andy Edwards will now revert to his assistant manager role and will continue to work with first-team coach Danny Webb as part of the Os backroom staff.
Cavasin becomes the club's sixth manager in just over two years.
He arrives with Orient 17th in Sky Bet League Two having drawn 1-1 at Barnet on Saturday.
