The Football League has lifted the transfer embargo placed upon Bournemouth after the club settled their tax bill with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has managed to clear the outstanding debt of around £314,000 ahead of next week's High Court appointment over a winding-up petition.
Subsequently, the embargo will now revert back to the same level that it was at in 2008, meaning all transfer dealings involving the League Two club will be closely monitored until August 2011.
Having only been granted emergency loans for the past 14 months, manager Eddie Howe is now free to do business when the window reopens in the summer.
The emergency loan window closed at 5pm on Thursday, although the Football League are understood to have ratified the extension of Rhoys Wiggins' stay from Norwich after Bournemouth completed the paperwork in time.
