Defender has been unable to settle since permanent move
Skysports.com understands Bournemouth defender Rhoys Wiggins has handed in a transfer request to manager Lee Bradbury.
Wiggins joined the Cherries for an undisclosed fee last summer from Norwich City after impressing on loan at Dean Court last season.
He signed a two-year contract with the League One club and has made 34 appearances in all competitions this term.
However, Wiggins is now looking to leave Bournemouth after struggling to settle in the area following his move.
It is also understood that promises have not been upheld following the 23-year-old's decision to link up with the South Coast club.
Bournemouth have enjoyed a fine season in League One, even after the departure of former manager Eddie Howe to Burnley, and currently sit inside the play-off places.
