Cardiff City striker Jack McKay has completed a loan move to Chesterfield after looking to be closer to his family, according to Sky sources.
McKay's older brother, Mark, was involved in arranging Emiliano Sala's flight back to Cardiff, and it is understood Jack wants to be nearer to his family at this difficult time.
Jack McKay, 22, is yet to make a senior appearance for Cardiff.
The Glasgow-born forward, who has had spells at Doncaster, Leeds, and Airdrieonians, signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Cardiff 12 months ago.
He has played 10 Premier League 2 games for the under-23 side this season, scoring once.
"I'm a hard-working striker and I can't wait to get started," he told the club's website.
