Accrington midfielder Andy Procter has left the club after announcing his playing days are over.
The 33-year-old has opted not to sign a new deal with the Reds and will instead embark on a career as a physiotherapist.
"It's a tough decision to leave Accrington," Procter told Stanley's official website. "It's a club hugely close to my heart and I can't thank everyone there enough for everything they've done over the years.
"It's a brilliant club full of brilliant people but I feel like the time is right to start something new.
"I've been doing my physio qualifications for a while now and feel it's a natural time to move into that side of the game.
"I hope to be able to move onto another club and gain invaluable experience of the medical side of things."
Procter has made 446 appearances for Accrington, the second highest in the club's all-time list behind Paul Mullin.
He began his career at Stanley and had spells at Preston and Bury before moving back for a second spell at the Crown Ground in September 2014.
