Midfielder Paul Bolland has re-signed for League Two outfit Macclesfield on a one-year deal.
Bolland was released at the end of last season, but manager Gary Simpson has opted to re-sign him and offer him new terms at Moss Rose.
The 30-year-old has made more than 400 career appearances, having played 29 times already for the Silkmen after joining last summer.
Bolland has had previous spells at Bradford, Notts County and Grimsby and will now be preparing for another campaign in the fourth tier.
