Burton Albion fan Reece Brown has been named the Sky Bet League 2 Fan of the Month for August.
Reece, 19, has supported the Brewers for nine years and has introduced a drum into the home end this season to add to the matchday atmosphere.
Reece also works as a community coach for the Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT).
"I’ve supported the Brewers for as long as I can remember and I want the team to know that we’re behind them," Reece said.
"As a massive Brewers fan, I volunteered at the BACT for a year, before the Head of the Community Andy Taylor offered me some part-time work.
"The club have been brilliant in funding my coaching badges and I’m so happy in the job.
"To work for the club I love is a fantastic feeling and I want to push on further in this career in the future.”
Burton Albion chairman Ben Robinson said: “Reece has played a pivotal role in increasing the atmosphere home and away.
“His communication with the fans over the summer and the work he puts into fan engagement has led to the Pirelli Stadium becoming a fortress on matchday.
“This award is recognition of the hard work Reece has put into the football club and it is richly deserved.”
