Young midfielder agrees summer switch
Hartlepool have agreed a deal to bring in young Sunderland midfielder Nathan Luscombe.
The 21-year-old has been on trial with Pools for the past few months and has impressed manager Mick Wadsworth sufficiently to be offered terms.
He accepted a move to Victoria Park and will officially join at the start of July following his release from the Black Cats.
Luscombe is a versatile performer who can play on the left wing or in central midfield, and made his first-team debut for Sunderland in an FA Cup tie against Blackburn in January 2009.
