Youngster rewarded for promising reserves form
Hartlepool have handed a first professional contract to starlet Callum Hassan.
The imposing striker has been rewarded for producing some prolific form in the reserves last season.
The promising youngster, who turned 18 in January, is now set to push for some first-team action next term.
Pools finished 16th in League One last season and manager Mick Wadsworth could be willing to give Hassan a go as he looks for some fresh blood up front.
