Jordan Williams signs for Rochdale

Rochdale have signed midfielder Jordan Williams from Barrow.

The 24-year-old winger, who started his career at starting his career at Burscough before moving on to Northwich Victoria, has penned a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee following some 60 appearances and 16 goals for the Vanarama National League side.

Rochdale manager Keith Hill said on the club's official website: "Jordan is a great acquisition by the football club. He is someone we have been pursuing since the end of the season and it is just great to get the deal done.
