Boston United boss Steve Evans has revealed his interest in signing two players.

Boston United manager Steve Evans has revealed his interest in signing two players on loan.

The York Street boss has confirmed making enquiries about Lincoln City hit-man Francis Green (pictured) and Sheffield United goalscorer Jonathan Forte.

Evans is hopeful he can add a new face to his squad in the near future.

"It is no secret that we have enquired about a number of players, with the main emphasis on a wide midfield player and a striker," Evans told the club's official website.

"It is most important that we cover all options given how small our squad is.

"These signings are needed if we are to continue in our current rich vein of form."

Meanwhile, The Pilgrims continue to make changes in their backroom staff following the departures of the club's head of youth development Neil Richardson and physio Lee Taylor.
