Evans rejects Quakers rumours

Steve Evans insists he will not be leaving Boston to take over at Darlington.

Rumours surfaced suggesting Evans was in line to replace David Hodgson at the TFM Arena.

Hodgson was suspended by the North East outfit over the weekend after allegations emerged that he had spoken to Bournemouth about their vacant manager's post.

Evans was first linked with Darlington over the summer but stuck by The Pilgrims and is adamant he will do so again.

"I told the fans a few weeks ago that I wasn't going to Darlington and nothing has changed since that time," Evans told BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
