Valenciennes president Francis Decourriere was delighted to have finally got Filip Sebo.
Valenciennes president Francis Decourriere was delighted to have finally got his man after seeing Filip Sebo complete his loan move from Rangers. Decourriere revealed his club had been interested in signing the 23-year-old Slovakian forward before he moved from Austria Vienna to Rangers last season. "We were after him last year," said Decourriere. "But financially we were not able to fight with Rangers where (then coach) Paul Le Guen persuaded him to go." Sebo could make his debut for Valenciennes in their match against Sochaux on Saturday.
