Scottish Football: Rangers paired with Dumbarton in third round of the Scottish Cup

Rangers have been drawn away to fellow-Championship side Dumbarton in the third round of the William Hill Scottish Cup.
Comedian and actor Billy Connolly helped make the draw which excluded all Premiership clubs, and Hearts and Hibs who were relegated from the top flight last season.
Connolly, a Celtic fan, said being involved in the draw had been on his 'bucket list' as he was reunited with a trophy he first came into contact with as a schoolboy more than half a century ago.
And the 71-year-old laughed off his team's slow start to the season - their worst in 16 years - which continued with a 1-0 home defeat by Hamilton Accies on Sunday.
Asked about manager Ronny Deila's new strict dietary rules, after he claimed a number of his players' fitness fell short of his expectations, the Big Yin said: "He seems to have banished goals as well as chips. A wee chip over the goalkeeper wouldn't go amiss.
"But I think the wee guy deserves a break. I don't know anything about his record. He's from Norway, isn't he? And they are really big on the European scene."
But Connolly admits to enjoying the new-look SPFL table which currently shows Accies, Dundee United, Inverness, Kilmarnock and Aberdeen above the champions.
"Everybody I speak to seems to think that Celtic are going to win the league, including most of the people in the league, so that's okay by me," he said.
"But I think it's wonderful when people like Hamilton Accies do that, or Ross County come and stuff us in the Scottish Cup. It's great, they send me T-shirts with stags on them.
"It's a wonderful thing because these other little teams apart from the big two or three are always complaining that they never get a shot. So this is a chance of a lifetime for them.
"You have Ross County and all them in the league now, Partick Thistle and everybody is up there. It's good for team football because they can't afford superstars, so they are going to have to play like a team.
"As Hamilton Accies proved, when you play like a team you can beat anyone. I'm a great believer in that."
Connolly enjoyed his role in the cup draw. The New York-based Scot, who has fought off cancer in recent years but is struck by Parkinson's disease, said: "When I was a kid at school, Harry Haddock brought the cup to our school in
1959. Clyde had won it the previous season.
"I got to hold it then I was 12. So it's nice to hold it again. It's like an old pal."
