Scottish League Cup holders Celtic have been drawn against Ross County in the last four of this season's competition.
Championship promotion hopefuls Hibernian play St Johnstone in the other semi-final with the ties due to take place on January 30 and 31 at venues yet to be decided.
Favourites Celtic defeated Ross County 4-1 in Dingwall on Sunday to maintain their six-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
But County will go into the semi-final believing they can upset the odds, having beaten Celtic 2-0 at the same stage of the Scottish Cup in 2010.
Hibernian have gone 13 games in all competitions undefeated, a run which has included victories over two top-flight teams, Aberdeen and Dundee United.
Saints lost their last League Cup semi-final 4-0 to Aberdeen in February 2014 but won the Scottish Cup for the first time in their history three months later with a 2-0 victory over Dundee United.
